Use the menus on the left to find all the gadgets offered by Blogger.Some of the gadgets include a Popular Posts, Blog's stats, Ad Sense, Page Header, Followers, Blog Search, Image, Poll, and Translate gadget, among several others.If there's a gadget you no longer want, use the Edit button next to it to open its settings, and then press Remove.When you're ready, use the Save arrangement button to submit the changes so that those layout settings and new widgets will go live.
A new window will open that lists all the gadgets you can add to Blogger.

I’ll get around to weeding the doubles out–I’ll be removing them from the “static” links since most of those aren’t actually static–but I’ve been at this long enough for today.
Most blogs already have RSS feed which is detected automatically by Feed Readers like Google Reader, Bloglines, Net Vibes when the blog URL is added to the reader.
The trouble is not all Feed Readers can automatically detect the RSS feed from the blog URL.
