A campaign to install external defibrillators at locations across Eastbourne is on course to put everyone in the town within three minutes of the lifesaving equipment.
The Eastbourne Defibrillator Partnership launched the campaign and is chaired by Councillor Alan Shuttleworth, Eastbourne Borough Council’s Cabinet Portfolio Holder for Community Development.
The Partnership includes South East Coast Ambulance Services, Eastbourne’s Community First Responders, Eastbourne Borough Council, Eastbourne Lions Club, the Eastbourne Herald and electrical contractor GM Monk.
